We did a small test ourselves: unlocking the device, finding Facebook application, quick and quite cursory checking of the timeline and your own profile, checking who called when we could not pick up and blocking was over 40 touches.

The said study shows that we usually tap on the screen, when we play mobile games, surf in e-stores and browse social networking sites.

2 hours of looking at the screen

To obtain such data, the American company has created a special tool that followed and collected information about any user interaction with his phone, for 5 days, 24 hours a day.

The study also showed that smartphone users devote an average of over two and a half hours a day to them (this is a total, average, time when they look at the phone screen), and extreme users - nearly four hours.

Apple recently reported that iPhone owners unlock their phones 80 times a day, i.e. on average 6-7 times in one hour.
