iPhone 13 with more problems! This time it's about the screen

The latest Apple smartphones from the iPhone 13 family are struggling not only with problems related to the iOS 15 operating system. This year's edition of the iPhone also has a problem with the responsiveness of the touch screen.

Users of iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max complain about incorrect operation of the touch layer.

Smartphones have a problem with registering touches and sometimes miss selected user-triggered interactions.

On Reddit and Twitter, we find a lot of entries from dissatisfied users. Currently, everything indicates a software problem, as the touch does not work properly on some iPhone 12 units as well.

Anyone's iPhone 13 not registering touch events consistently? Is that an app thing, an iOS 15 thing, or my iPhone 13 thing

Portam MacRumors reports that the biggest problem with touch sensitivity is on the lock screen. Users have to touch the display several times to trigger the function of their choice. It is also practically impossible to launch the screen by double tapping the display.

@AppleSupport there's some problem with touch sensitivity of my iPhone 12 Pro Max since update to ios15. It doesn't respond to a single touch as it used to do, like touching to play a YouTube video or touching when iPhone is locked. Now I've to touch 4-6 times.

There is currently no permanent solution to the fault. Users have to repeat touches until the function is called up. In some cases, restarting the device is helpful.

Fewer consumers report similar problems on the iPad Air and iPad mini tablets.

Apple has not issued an official statement on this matter.
