What to do when iPhone is locked?

Entering an incorrect code multiple times on the lock screen will lock your iPhone. In this case, re-entering the code is possible after some time, and subsequent incorrect attempts extend this time.

The only solution is to put your iPhone into safe mode. This erases all settings and data, including the unlock code used to unlock the device. Then set up your smartphone again and download your data from the iCloud cloud or restore it from a backup saved on your computer.

How to put iPhone into safe mode?

A Lightning cable is required for this, which connects the iPhone to the computer and the computer. It can be a Mac or one running Windows 8 or later. In the latter case, you need to install the iTunes application, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store or from the Apple technical support website.
