It is sad, boring and has not aroused even an gram of emotions in me since the purchase. Paradoxically, however, this is excellent news.

iPhone 13 Pro works. Just.

As a professional phone tester, I will always find something to stick to. I have not yet had a device in my hands that I could not fault with something specific that could dissuade others from buying. Even the previous iPhones I owned always had something that was irritating about them. The iPhone 11 had a very average screen, which was also drawn from looking. The iPhone 12 Pro Max was overpaid and huge, and therefore extremely inconvenient to use.

And the iPhone 13 Pro? I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

Even if I do not know how much I was looking for, in the last 6 weeks I have not found a single critical defect of the iPhone 13 Pro. In fact… for the last 6 weeks I haven't thought much about him. I just used it every day, doing everything a person does on the phone on it and practically not registering the fact that I am holding an electronic device in my hand. iPhone 13 Pro is so good it disappears. It does not irritate.

Sure, there are a few small issues that sometimes take a toll, such as the stubborn sticking to the Lightning connector, the closure of the ecosystem, a hopeless keyboard or horrendously low sound quality via Bluetooth, but these are issues for every iPhone. The nature of the beast. When it comes to the iPhone 13 Pro and its features, I cannot fault it, because I have nothing to do with it.

And I do not regret the extra charge for the more expensive model, because I know that if I chose the cheaper 13 or 13 mini, I would miss a 120 Hz screen, telephoto lens and maybe working time. If I had to pay extra for the 13 Pro Max, the gargantuan size of the housing would be a problem for me. The iPhone 13 Pro, in turn, has perfectly balanced the size and capabilities, even if it could cost a little less. It was hard, it was worth it.

iPhone 13 Pro - is it worth it? For the first time in my life, I'm not complaining about the phone.

Every phone I have tested and every one I have used privately has always had at least one trait that regularly spoiled my blood. I accepted this fact with humility, accepting the fact that there is no such thing as perfect equipment, and electronics also like to break down and play tricks. Oh, the malice of inanimate things, as our grandparents would say. The iPhone 13 Pro, however, turned my perception upside down, because while it will certainly not be ideal for everyone, it turned out to be as close to perfection as possible for me.

The only thing I can complain about is that after spending a lot of money on the device, I felt exactly nothing. That a phone of this class should evoke positive emotions. It should dazzle me with the engineering genius it took to create it. It should put a smile on your face. Just like the Galaxy Z Fold 3, which I have been using for several weeks in parallel, every time I open the screen. Just like the Galaxy Z Flip 3 did every time I heard "flaps!". Just like the Asus ROG Phone 5 did every time I watched a video or listened to music on its outstanding quality speakers.

The iPhone 13 Pro does not move any sensitive, geeky string in me. But if this is the price of peace, then I am willing to pay it.
