Huawei is giving away smartphones. A screenshot of the Browser is enough to compete for the P30 Pro

Huawei has been expanding and promoting its ecosystem on European markets for a long time, replacing Google services with its own counterparts. After the promotions for the Application Store and the Assistant's own version, the time has come for a new version of the Internet Browser. Huawei rozdaje smartfony. The Huawei Browser application, in the Polish version simply called "Browser", has been available in the Huawei AppGallery store for a long time, but not in our region. At least on my phone, trying to download the app was unsuccessful. However, everything has changed in recent days, when Huawei released the new, tenth version of its web browser on the European market. The program became fully accessible, and at the same time gained a new look and new functions.

The most important features of Huawei Browser, which are to distinguish it from other browsers, are as the manufacturer declares:

Particularly noteworthy is the introduction of the full dark mode. There are some interesting things going on in this mode. Not only do all sides change their tones from white to dark gray, but the phone screen itself dims and reduces brightness. I have not encountered such a solution yet.

On the occasion of the premiere of the new version of the Browser, Huawei announced a competition in which the winners are 15 Huawei P30 Pro phones and one Huawei Watch GT 2.

In order to take part in the prize draw, in addition to meeting the general criteria of the Regulations (type 18 years or older):

1. Download the Huawei Browser from the manufacturer's website or directly from the AppGallery.

2. Make a screenshot confirming that your browser has been downloaded, then post it on the HMS Fans Club Facebook profile (under the competition announcement) or on other participating websites, along with a brief information about what you like about the new Huawei software.

3. The entry should be tagged with #WinWithHuaweiBrowser.

The competition runs from December 6 to 31, 2019 and covers users from Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

It is a bit surprising that the information about the competition has not been published on the official websites of the Polish branch of Huawei, it is displayed only as an advertisement on Facebook, which means that many people may simply overlook it.

What is your opinion on the new Huawei browser? Let me know in the comments.
